Happ Controls Acquires Perfect 360 Controls

Elk Grove Village, IL – June 29, 2004 – Happ Controls is pleased to announce the acquisition of Midvale, Utah based Perfect 360 Controls.

Perfect 360 Controls designed and manufactured a line of patented joysticks and pushbuttons for the coin-operated amusement game industry. These high-tech controls use optical electronic sensors instead of conventional mechanical switches. Perfect 360 Controls products are well known for their speed, accuracy and reliability for all types of coin-operated videogames.

Prior to the acquisition, Happ Controls was a distributor of Perfect 360 Controls products. With this acquisition Happ Controls will now manufacture the Perfect 360 joystick. The joystick is part number 50-0346-00 and is now shipping. “We are pleased to add this innovative joystick to our wide range of joystick controls”, said President Tom Happ. “We always look forward to providing reliable and innovative solutions to our customers.”
